2.

We should like to receive a general description

of the apparatus covered by this estimate in order that

the requisite orders may be placed.

4.

We shall be prepared to undertake the establish- ment of a wireless telephone service with Shanghai, on the assumption that it will be possible to make suitable arrangements with a connecting station at Shanghai.

5.

In order to expedite the completion of the arrangements for the taking over of the services we would suggest that the Hong Kong Government be requested by telegraph to hand to the Company's Manager in Hong Kong the heads of the proposed agreement which he could telegraph to us for our approval.

Our Manager

could then be authorised to sign the agreement in Hong Kong

on behalf of the Company.

We are Sir,

Yours faithfully

Tawar or Schhand

General Manager

and Secretary.
